The location was great.
The room had insects everywhere, the key cards occasionally worked, the staff wasn’t trained on the system they use, the pool is advertised hard & not open. I was informed that it’s a website issue, however the sign outside clearly advertises an indoor heated pool as well. I was required to pay a cash deposit because their card machine had been down for days. To put it bluntly, I was unimpressed.

Clean room very comfortable bed…breakfast was ok..staff checked me in was friendly we will definitely be back again! And they had a pool and a very quiet stay!

Everything it was dirty the area was scary smelt like a nursing home and roach spray the clientele that it attracted was terrible drug addicts and homeless people outside

It was so close to restaurants and the outlet malls.
You couldn't walk through the halls without catching a contact buzz from the Marijuana smell. You couldn't get clean bath towels after the 1st night so we ended up using pool towels. Then I ended up killing roaches in the bathroom.

I was in a room directly across the hall from a room with a barking dog. The dog apparently had been left alone and barked off and on from around 3PM until 9PM. I was tired and couldn't sleep due the barking. Customers with pets should be placed in areas designated to be away from other residents. The motel appeared to be nowhere full. I should have said something but didn't. Management should know better.

Convenient location, friendly staff, quiet room
Not as clean as I would have liked. Towels were tiny and thin. For the price, it is what I expected. Certainly sufficient for an overnight stay.

convenient location surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers. the house keeping staff was nice and accommodating. there was an indoor pool. decent breakfast

The rooms looked updated and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and great as well. Coffee was always stocked.
We asked for extra towels to go to the pool and never got them. The floors hadn't been mopped in weeks. They turned the bottoms of our feet brown.

The sheets were old and worn. Stains on the towels. Shower was ancient. Soap smelled like diesel fuel.
