The comforter on the bed had white stains ALL OVER IT. I texted the number the staff had been texting me on all morning and told them and asked for extra blankets and no one responded. We went and purchased sheets and a blanket.

Cleanliness, attractive decor, and warm & welcoming staff. Chris was amazing.

I never could figure out how to operate their TV system. Never stayed anywhere that I couldn't watch TV without having to go through many steps. I got totally frustrated and just gave up.

The room was beautiful, spacious, had a sitting areas with fireplace area/electric fireplace, has a coffee maker, small kitchen sink, and small fridge and microwave, and the full size hot tub was great after walking around Helen all day! The check in was virtual and easy. It’s perfect walking distance to the town, I walked it in wedges no problem. The rooms were also quiet. We never heard the people above us or beside us. This was perfect for our first trip alone in 5 years!

I love that the location was central to everything. We parked our car (for free!) on day one and didn’t drive it again until we left.

I have no real complaints. The bed wasn’t super comfy, but honestly any complaints I have would be trivial.

Location is great, clean and comfortable. Chris on staff was very helpful. Close to General Stire and bakery. Walking distance to everything.

The tv was a bit confusing if you are not familiar with streaming services.

The location is convenient. It was very walkable. If you needed anything, you just sent a text and they responded promptly.

I would have liked a chair in the room. The room that I selected didn't have a chair. I have some back problems. There was seating at a table with benches. I would stay there again but I would select a room with chairs

We enjoyed staying. We were very satisfied with the lodging.

After one shower, there was not much hot water for one after unless you waited for 30 min.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this hotel!! Such a quaint experience and very clean!!

The only thing I would suggest is Kurig machine for coffee. Getting to the coffee pot was a little difficult.

The room was very clean and the beds were relatively comfortable. The best part was the location! We had a nice mountain view from our door/window. The hotel is right across the road from the IGA store and Hofer’s is just up the hill. There is a toy store at the end of the parking lot with a lot of great gift options. The whole town is within walking distance. We never had to use our car once we parked it.

The faucet in the bathtub is complicated. I was never able to turn on the water without turning on the shower. The water was hot though, so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Also, the Wi-Fi was a little slow.
