The housekeeping doesn’t know I extended my stay so she knocked at the door so loud.. The receptionist didn’t tell her..

Friendly and helpful front desk.

The entire hotel smelled bad - like curry and Marijuana. The TV would not turn on. The reservation said breakfast included, but it consisted of watered-down coffee, creamers with clogged pumps, and instant oatmeal in packets.

friendly staff and the cats were so cute, but I love cats so it was an added bonus for me. the price was reasonable and it was clean.

Very quiet location for our room, great night sleep

no coffee maker in the room. No hair dryer for my wife. Perhaps available at the desk, but after shower was not the time to go to the front desk.

I was given a room key and went to the room. It wasn’t cleaned and there was a positive Covid test on the counter in the room. I left the room immediately and went downstairs. The desk clerk didn’t believe me amd went to look for herself. Got an apology from one clerk but not the other one who I was actually dealing with.

just wish the staff were a little more friendlier and helpful and not wanting to bring extra towels was kind of a big problem since we asked for some

its outdated and beat up. definitely needs an upgrade

Room was good size and it was clean. The staff was friendly.

The smell of cigarette smoke and the fact that we had to ask for kitchen supplies and dishes. The kitchens are not supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc.

gross, flooring in bathroom peeling up, people “living” in rooms with loud music, barking dogs and the smell of greasy food and because it’s a “apartment” like hotel the house keeping only services on certain days.
