Place needs a huge face-lift. It’s showing it's age.

It was convenient to my second job. I needed to take a shower and change clothes cause I just got off my first job, which is in Ellicott City, and my second job is off of Columbia Gateway. When I got off work from my second job, I ended up staying the night since I paid for the room.The room was really nice comfortable bed.
Staff was ok. No one at the desk to greet you when I entered the facility, but they had a big monitor letting you know you're being recorded. Didn't have a bell or anything to get attendant, so I yelled HELLO.... a few times. Then someone came out. Other than that, it was ok.

Everything there was very clean staff was very nice and helpful I would definitely stay there often

Staff was really mean ! Made us get our own towels instead of having someone bring them to the room we had 6 people they only gave us two towels. No coffee was made in the morning the guy was sitting on his phone. Then he put the coffee pot away jist so he didn’t have to make any . Terrible hotel.
Staff and it was dirty ! We left a day early I was wondering if we could get refunded for one night we left before 11am also.

i liked the location and how large the rooms were
the mattress was a little wonky and hurt but overall it wasn’t bad. the kitchen and bathroom could use a remodel

Property secluded just enough that you didn't have to drive too far for meals. The room was exceptional. Nice sized table for a lap top. I will be back again. I needed quiet to study for college exam.
