The front desk clerk was nice.

Everything. No shower curtain in the bathroom, couldn't get an extra blanket. Heater sucked, room was cold all night. The entrance door next to my room slammed all night. It needs a closing door hinge so it doesn't slam. Dogs, large dogs barking all damn night. When I asked for an extra blanket, the girl at the front desk said she couldn't get us a blanket only the manager has a key to give out extra stuff. Why? Employees should have access to simple things like this. Especially shower curtains

Great variety, great taste, and fresh.

The lobby stairs were locked, if anything they are the ones to be open during breakfast! We had to go through the outside stairs while it was raining with a toddler.

It's the usual kind of budget hotel but a bit better. It was clean, the room we are in was comfy enough and tho its location is not in a very nice neighborhood at least we slept well. The staff especially the night time lady at the counter was extra helpful. giving us the right direction of the place we went to and dress our problems with booking perfectly as we wanted.

The location did not feel safe. Staff informed me that there had been vehicles broken into.

we stopped here after a long day travelling and was somewhere ideal to rest, wouldn’t like to think I was staying in the area long, was ideal for what we needed and cheap

no breakfast but stated there would be when booking. may benefit from some fence along the front of the car park to prevent homeless people walking in and out the cars

the check-in was a desaster an obviously homeless person was occupying the lobby and the staff was not able to solving the situation. after check in we went to our room which was still dirty from the previous guest. We changed the room and it happened again. The room was dirty from the previous. Third try. The manager checked in person the room prior to giving us the key.

Price and breakfast

The room was spacious with fridge and coffeemaker, and table & chairs to sit at. Iron & ironing board was also provided. The complimentary breakfast was quite decent.

The receptionist gave us a room which was already occupied, so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs back and forth before she gave us another room without an apology. The TV has no signal and when we informed the receptionist, she said they will come and check in the morning, which meant after we checked-out.
