Personnel was extremely rude and not cooperative. We are right at 3 AM and I asked extra time for my Handicap 85 year old mother for check out. There was no mercy for an elderly person from both evening and morning managers. They wouldn’t let us have breakfast since we woke up late, and were threatening to charge another extra night if we check out late. Condescending and non-respectful attitude to a customer, overall very disappointing and insulting.

Hice la reserva una hora antes de llegar al establecimiento y al llegar y ver que la calidad era muy baja y no se ajustaba a la información publicada en la web quise abandonar el hotel pero la recepcionista ofreció en ese momento la posibilidad de un cambio de habitación pero reuniendo las mismas condiciones, optamos por irnos negándose a la devolución de la reserva refiriendo que habían pasado 50 minutos ( indicae que de haber transcurrido dicho tiempo la causa estuvo en la demora ocasionada en la gestión de la situación con la recepcionista con el ofrecimiento de cambio de habitación). Sobre esto he formulado reclamación pues me vi obligada a pagar nuevamente en otro hotel de las proximidades al objeto de pasar la noche.

Not many positives Was a last minute booking

Room was dirty, carpet wasn’t hoovered, blood stain on bathroom door and coffee stains on desks. Very dusty, took a cloth and went over it myself as i couldn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast is disappointing, options are toast, oats, two cereals that were almost empty and a drink of coffee or apple juice. Only four tables at breakfast so we weren’t able to sit there and eat so we took it to the room. Unsafe area, very noisy and had people running and yelling along the balconies till very late, Price reflects the room
