The staff were very helpful and the Brimstone restaurant was exceptional! Laura, our server was so much fun and dedicated to detail! The food was phenomenal! Quiet room and very clean! Valet was Flawless and professional!! Ricardo and his daughter were friendly and exceptio al! We Will return next year!

wifi and parking. they don’t have a hotel parking lot so with pay for Valet or park on the street. Wifi BLOWS, kept disconnecting and I was only checking email.

We had trouble with the tv reception and Ian was wonderful and helped reset the system. location of hotel and room were good.

Price was steep for a simple piece of cheesecake from the bar. Bed had a filler on top of it, thought about removing it but mattress underneath was stained. Although masks are required and it was posted there the mandate was not followed. The valets were not wearing masks so the customers had no problem following their leads. The check-in people did not request people to put one on. This made me feel very uncomfortable to the cleanliness and COVID protocols. TV reception was lousy even after the reset. Kept buffering for a long time. Very disruptive to try to watch.

Good cafe in the building , super friendly staff, receptionist especially.

Pillows seem old sluggish and coffee machine didn’t work . However, the coffee provided in 1st floor cafe is super super high quality, superal. I would stay at the hotel again simply because of the cafe shop in the building :)

I liked the room, more specifically the bed, the cleanliness, and how quiet the hotel was.

I wish they had smart t.v.'s.

The heart of this building is the lovely bay. Lively as it is, the staff is a little snoozy, and very shady around credit cards, often asking for cash.

Bar staff mad us wait and then would not take our card.

Pizzas at the restaurant downstairs were outstanding!! Great beer selection. Everyone was so friendly, especially day staff!!

Breakfast was too expensive and the turkey chorizo sausage tasted like dog food.

All was good!

We were directly across from a wedding reception. The entire night there was a loud swinging door smacking nearby and we paid to have our pup there and it was terrifying. The plumbing also made a rumbling noise everytime the toilet and shower ran.
