Troyce was very helpful

I like that it was a good location and the staff were very friendly and polite.

There were a stain on one of the beds bed spread.

It provided an immediate place to sleep due to emergency.

The room was extremely dirty and bug infested. Flies and roaches were dead all over the place, and the room smelled like water and pets. I didn't sleep well due to the smell, and it felt like something was crawling on me. I left in the middle of the night.

Nothing.

Dirty. If we had not paid, I would have walked out when we arrived. I can handle mess from construction. But not dirty.Surfaces of furniture had spilled sticky substances. Floors had spills (dried). Elevator floor was gross! Do they not wash/mop?? Not a breakfast, just coffee and two types of small muffins. Don't say breakfast if you don't have it (even temporarily).

Didnt have shower gel, shampoo and aconditioner the towel really old.

The room was dirty and smelled very bad like cat's very outdated.

Rude person at front desk, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom amenities were lacking (body wash, shampoo) ceiling in shower was falling down

The breakfast consist of coffee and muffins only.

The towels and wash clothes had stains on them.
