THE LARGE BED&THE LOCATION!

ALARMS GOING OFF THRUOUT THE NIGHT- VOLVO..

So dirty and nothing to offer to help clean so we had to leave. It was that bad

The room was very quiet.

Water pressure was very low.

This hotel was a mess. Welcomed by an car near my room on a jax with a tire removed. Inside Broken fixtures, cigarette burns on the plastic tub liner, holes in walls, mold on ceiling, broken picture. And the auto dealer behind the hotel had a motion sensor that tripped after closing every time something, walked or flew into the parking lot triggering an automatic loud speaker reminding whatever it was the dealership was closed and the site was under surveillance….all night long. Just plain gross.

it was right across the street from a wawa, which was FANTASTIC!!! I frequent wawa so I was very happy about that!! there were also several Restaraunts near by. this was the best thing about the property.

well, we didn’t have any hangers in our room. the shower was a trickle. my sons’ room had a dead mouse on a sticky trap behind the nightstand. they did give them a new room but the fact that they found it and not cleaning staff was concerning. just the overall cleanliness could have been better and although the pics on the website were probably from another location it could have been a little more like what was advertised!

Absolutely nothing once I entered the lobby. The person that worked the front desk was sitting in the back room eating while I was waiting for him to attend to me to start with and that was the good part about the whole visit. It was me and my wife the room only had one towel one washcloth when I called for it they told me there was nothing they could do that the laundry room was shut down as I entered the room and opened the nightstand next to the bed and there was roaches I also found a used needle laying underneath the edge of the bed when I went to the front desk they told me they could not refund me my money and that they would give me a different room I did not want a different room I just wanted to leave so I went down the street and stayed at another motel and came back in the morning to talk to the manager and he only refunded me for one night it was the most miserable and dirty wet smelling room that I have ever been in. I have a hard time believing that they are able to get away for stealing from customers and this manner. I have took the photos that I taken of the room and all the receipts and I now have an attorney looking into this for me. Very unsatisfied customer for sure

They charge for breakfast according to your website but do not provide it. The rooms are broken. Cigarette smoke is everywhere. It was an unclean environment

staff addressed a small problem immediately

I didn’t like anything. This was the only available hotel in that area.

Staff could have addressed the fighting and drug use in that hotel.

No breakfast

Door locks would not let you into your room.
