I didn't like the check-in process at all! I was not able to use the contactless check-in nor was I able to check-in early. In fact, I was not able to check in at 3 pm, even though that's the check-in time! To make matters worst, I had to wait 40 minutes to check in, which was well after the 3 pm check in time. As I was checking out the next morning, the front desk clerk was checking in a guest, even though I was told there was no early check in. That was at 12 noon.

Bed was too firm for my personal liking, TV only got one channel - not sure what the problem was.

The facilities were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff stayed and made sure that everyone was evacuated during the emergency in the morning.

We were asked to leave in the morning due to some type of emergency which affected our plans. I'm grateful that the staff had our safety in mind, but perhaps there are some maintenance issues that caused the emergency? Whatever the problem was, we were unable to complete our stay and it caused us some inconveniences. I noticed that we were charged for the entire time though.

No complimentary cleaning unless you notify the front desk by 8:00 a.m. the same day no one gets up at 8:00 a.m. to notify anyone. And the guy that told me this was not very nice also it was way overpriced for the two days it was over $600 I found another hotel and I'm staying here currently for $125 per day. Bad investment
