The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff was very attentive.

I'm an elderly disabled woman and I was told there were no 1st floor rooms available. I was put in 2nd floor annex with NO elevator. I asked for safety bar for bathtub and got nothing. And I was there for 3 nights and the room was never serviced or cleaned.

the wall plugs all seemed to short out and not work, coffee maker didn’t work. elevator was out of order for most of the trip the lady in the room next to us was screaming at someone because her shower didn’t work…then her kids were screaming so she was screaming again …obviously there needs to be some sound proof insulation in the walls. I’m a little curious why her rate was $90.00 a night and mine was $175.00 a night. one more thing, there should be a light weight blanket on the bed so you Don’t have to cover with the down comforter.

I liked that it was so clean, great location, right down town with in walking distance to the water and shopping. Pool area was clean and well kept. Employees were fabulously helpful with everything I needed.

Rooms are spread over two buildings (strange), which makes using the pool or hot tub very difficult in the winter, especially because there isn't any changing areas near the pool. On site restaurant is great, but expensive for dinner and lunch, and also not open all day, Maybe these are winter hours?
