The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were cozy. The grounds were well kept.

The bedding could have been cleaner and even newer. Only one bed had a bed bug cover. Very few outlets in room. I did not receive what I paid for and the excuse was that I had a service dog. Legally services have to rendered to a disabled person with service animal. There is no reason I should have to pay for something I did not receive. I paid for two queen beds and a room with a bathtub. I got one queen and a full, no bathtub. I was offered a $10 discount which I appreciate, but I do not think it was enough. It

Very clean and neat property and room.

There was state-wide mask mandate when we stayed; however, the receptionist and two others (who seemed to be there for maintenance or something) were not wearing masks. When I asked about it, the receptionist told me that they didn't need to wear them because their county is very safe (not true). When I said that the governor had made masks mandatory indoors, she laughed and said they are a small town and didn't get their news fast (this was several days after the mandate had gone into affect).

The staff were exceptionally courteous and nice

Being billed by both booking .com and the inn and having to contact you both for a refund from one of you. Still not addressed by either of you. Really shouldn't be like this. Ruined the whole experience. First time using booking.com first time charged twice.

Beds a bit uncomfortable, I thought the price was a bit high

There was a stain on the floor and the side of the bed. The sheet was ripped and had a huge hole. There were dirty spoons in the fridge so it hadn't been cleaned out. We had called to see if we could get in early due to a wedding and we're told we would get a call back, never happened

Location to family, the room was clean and updated.

Your facilities map showed vending machines, but when I went downstairs, there was only the ice machine. Could you please update your map.

It was older but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. And my friends joined us and stayed one night. They were pleased with the rooms and got a good nights sleep. It was pleasantly quiet.

It was difficult to find any bottles of water but the faucet water was actually pleasant and didn’t have a nasty taste so it sufficed. A vending machine would’ve been great.

The location and that's it!

Very old, needs to be updated out of the 70's and into the 21st century. Bed was lumpy, TV was old and not very many stations to choose from.

No bfast and hotel room was dirty and my card was charged twice
