They should advertise it as a grab and go breakfast.

The water didn't stay hot while taking a shower. Normally you have two nightstands there was only one. You had to ask for appliances they were not already in the room. The hallways had an odor and not a fresh smell like when entering the establishment. I guess I got what I paid for.

Location - it was close to many food options. Quiet - No real noise outside of appliances in the room. Environment - AC worked extremely well, almost too well as I needed to adjust the temperature upwards

Requested an ADA accommodation (shower chair for the bathroom), and it was not received. Shoer curtain rod was close to falling off the wall. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times despite using the enhanced version.

Front desk gentleman was extremely professional and polite with a smile on his face.... The bed was very comfortable everything was clean.

Couldn't stay longer

100% disgusting. The smell in our room was so foul that it was unbearable. Upon arrival, they had our windows open (probably because of the smell) which made the room hot and muggy. There were black, curly hairs literally everywhere, including my pillow! I woke up with 9 red, itchy bug bites on my arm, legs and belly. The lobby was extremely dirty, cold and unwelcoming. The elevator was full of sticky hand prints that were still there the next day. I would've rather have slept in my car than here! I feel dirty, itchy and sick. No one was even at the counter at my checkout!!!!!

Bed was firm but comfortable

Poorly maintained. Facilities look beat up —chunks out of baseboards, trash left in hallways, cobwebs. While the room had a 2 burner stove, sink and fridge, there were absolutely no utensils for cooking or eating—not a pot or pan, no plates or cups, no forks or spoons. No way even to make a cup of coffee.

Free housekeeping service is a big issue in this hotel. The frequency (14 day) is extremely low and it needs to be extended more on a daily / 2-day basis.

I did not like the frequency (14 day) of free housekeeping service which ideally should be on daily / 2-day basis. Also the rate of the hotel is too high and non-negotiable.

I was totally disappointed my room had bed bugs. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED staff THEY REFUSED TO come to checkTHE ROOM. THEY did not want to come to check the room. I WAS TOTALLY DISCUSSED. I did not want to stay in a place where there is a bed bug infestation. I HAVE SEVERAL VIDEOS HOWEVER THIS SURVEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD........I HAVE PROOF.....
