NO breakfast provided, ok room was clean-ok

We had two families in the next two room that were soooooo noisy and they yelled all night till around the late night i think the last yelling I heard was around 4 am

It's been such a mild winter there were a few roaches seen only in the bathroom. They need to move up there usual extermination date.

We had to ask to be moved because the tub had the enamel peeling and there were sharp edges. The air system was loud and sounded as if it were going to blow up. When we moved to the next room the tub enamel was peeling however it was did not have sharp edges. The heat unit sounded like a 747 plane engine starting the entire night each time it came on. The tile in both the bathroom was peeling. There were no glasses in the room, nothing in the kitchen to use. There was one plastic cup in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. At 11:30 p.m. when attempting to shower discovered there was not shower curtain. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk. I had to get dressed to go to the front desk and when arriving the lights were turned out with a sign to use the phone at the front door to call for service. I called and told the individual I needed a shower curtain. Proceeded back toward my room when an individual came out of room 125 and said "are you the one who needs the shower curtain?" I replied "yes" and she said "wait right there and I will get you one" I had to put the shower curtain on the rod myself. The next morning at 8:30 a.m. when I went for the "grab and go" breakfast the coffee counter had spills all over it, it was dirty, and there were two wrapped muffins and two granola bars left in a bin for a breakfast offering. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I also DO NOT TRUSTBooking.com and will never use their service again. There are much better properties are many other properties available in the Willow Grove area!

My room size was great. 2/3 of the ladies that I spoke with while I was there were super nice and happy to help. The woman that checked me in wasn't super friendly but everyone has off days I guess. All of the other staff were super pleasant.

The breakfast offered was instant oatmeal, packaged muffin, or oatmeal bar. Not sure why, but the hot water that they serve tasted and smelled weird. There are plenty of other places that are close that have prepped food or there is a grocery store minutes from here.

The room was infested with roaches I will absolutely never return I could not sleep...the living room the bathroom the kitchen area every where had roaches big and small I am still itching at the thought of it definitely has not been cleaned 🤮

We were near the lobby and it was so noisy. So figured it would be quiet by 10 pm or so. Well the front desk lady was so loud. I couldn't sleep. Tried calling the front desk no one answered. It doesn't help that room was also in front of employee break room. Laundry room was not accessible.

Night staff was rude dat stay super helpful.

Housekeeping daily was not automatic. Chair at work desk was broken. Shower valve was loose and did not stay in desires position; shower water was either too hot or too cold.

Very noisy. Refrigerator produced high pitched hum. Loud talking from guests outside room. No hangars in closet. Not enough glasses.

Check in took over half an hour. There was a long line. The staff member tried to charge me a second time for the booking, which I paid online. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were flat, and there were only two of them on a king size bed.
