There was no insulation around the door frame. The room got freezing cold even with the heat on 80. We had to put a towel down to cover the huge gap between the door and the floor. Also, the outlets by the bed don't work at all, you have to charge your phone on the opposite side of the room.

The location was in a great spot to hit all the areas within 20 minutes with traffic. Will stay here again because the location for it's value was definitely worth it.

The room could've been more stocked prior to our arrival. However that could've been due to the policies of the Extended stay.

There was no towels or soap or toilet paper in my room when I arrived. Room was smoke free but reeked of cigarettes

It was close to my family.

Grounds were dirty. Litter all over the place. Room was musty. Mold in bathroom. A lot of mold. Carpet was filthy. Plastic cups and eating utensils under bed. No stopper in sink.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean. The employees were so sweet and the beds were comfy.

The price was a little high for a room that only consisted of a queen bed and a chair that you were able to sleep in. I thought it could have been cheaper or offered a pull-out bed of some type.

The fact I had a roof over my head during the stay.

The bathroom was filthy. I originally booked a double room. Called and added an extra night, when I done so apparently they switched me to a queen room without telling me. Most the problems came from booking .com. The price I was told was without taxes that information was never disclosed. The fact my room was changed to a queen also without telling me and had my toddler on a roll away bed. Tried to get the room changed the first two nights with no luck. This was out first trip to the beach and the accomodations were subpar.

The noise. From 7 am until 4 p.m was annoying on a Saturday morning where I was supposed to be resting. No notice or anything just carpet cleaning vans sounding like snow blowers all day 😑

Well it's really close to all the soical places, like the mall, aquarium

The drunks in front of the building harassing us. And the room was not clean there was spots all over the floor and the bathtub was barley cleaned good.

Pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable . I liked the kitchenette but beyond that wall you can hear vomiting and coughing . There was a draft under door and you can smell weed/cigarettes the whole time under door when wind blew. No elevator and breakfast wasn’t breakfast . Old muffins and Luke warm coffee. Broke out in allergies 🤧 I checked room further and animal fur was on pillows and curtains. We heard barking off and on all night. Second bed wasn’t stable and my grandmother sat on the edge and she fell and mattress came with her.
