The staff were nice though.

The hotel was dirty all around and smelled like a chimney. Even after I switched my room. There were smoke buds all outside of the rooms!

Location and it’s a quiet area.

Lots of roaches & hot water worked when it wanted to. Also, they chose to redo the entire parking lot at one time. Getting in and out was horrible and a safety hazard.

All staff was respectful, curious and knowledgeable. Great location to Fort Jackson.

The Bed was o k , But the carpet was very dirty, The person at the front desk seemed to be helpful

There was an Incident between people staying there, It got very loud and also It seemed this was not the first time Also One part of the Hotel faces the interstate and it was loud at times. Also there seemed to be a bad element of some People staying there, Thankfully I told them to put me on the third Floor. The elevator was also very Slow

The clerks were courteous.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Also left a computer tablet and note pad. Was not contacted that it was left in the room. They have all my information. I am still waiting for the cleaning staff primary to determine if it was turned in. I would be willing to change my review.

it was right by a walmart and down the street from Fort jackson

while it was right by a walmart and sams club, it took winding right through the parking lot or going behind the sams club and walmart to get to it. The room smelled of cigarettes, the elevator barely worked and i had to call almost every day i was there for the hotel to reset it. It was extremely dirty when i arrived, i found an old wash cloth on the shower rod and someone’s dirty sock under the air conditioner. Not to mention that there were food crumbs on the floor in all kinds of random locations. the sink was bubbling like someone had painted it with latex paint and it started peeling. The stairs at one side of the hall even had a piece of plywood propped up against it (that fell down a few times in my 4 night stay) at the top and the other had a 5 gallon bucket of paint at the bottom. Hotel cleaning STAFF were even throwing laundry from the upper floors down to the first floor right by the main walkway. Finally, i spent 30 minutes trying to check out using the after hours phone but nobody picked up despite me being able to hear the ringing from outside. I didn’t even get to check out officially or i would be late for my flight. Staying here makes me question if i should ever even stay at another Extended Stay branch again.

The room and property were both very dirty. we noticed 2 roaches in our room and the floor was disgusting.
