Location was good.

This hotel had BED BUGS!!!! ROOM 252. On our first night i noticed them crawling on my hand!! So we called to be transfered. We were offered the last room available. Checked the bed for bed bugs but didnt see any, but!!! Aircondition stopped working on the second night!! It was room 241. Was already too tired to complain and we checked out early instead. And when you advertise breakfast available, we did not expect it to just be granola bars and packet oatmeal and tea. Disappointing.

The room was damp and musty, the carpet was nasty. The hide a way couch bed was broken and wouldn't close so you couldn't sit on it. The grounds were just as bad it smelled like dog poop around the whole building. When we checked out 3 days early, the owner did not want to refund our money. We moved to the hyatt next door, I would suggest to anyone do not stay here.

not very clean. Spider nest outside door. hair in the beds and bathroom was filthy. tried to call the front desk but phone was disconnected.

For a suite it didn't include any items in kitchenette. Appliances, cabinets, and furniture are old and worn. Liner missing in the shower and fan was disgusting. Grab and go breakfast is a joke. Poorly maintained hotel overall and not welcoming

Took a while to check-in and had issues getting into room which then took a while. Lady up front was kind but just had to much going on and was flustered

The location of the hotel was close to where we were meeting family.

There were red flags at check in. There is a giant flat screen showing yourself and the lobby on video camera. This makes you question the safety of the hotel. Also, the woman who checked us in took a personal phone call as she was still checking us in. The room itself was filthy. There was hair on both beds and the sheets on both beds were stained. I'm hoping they were washed and just had stains. The floors were dirty with debris everywhere but especially around the beds. Our TV didn't work and my husband was told someone would fix it. That didn't happen. The bathroom was worse. There was hair everywhere, even on the picture hanging on the wall. The shower had lots of hair on the walls that I had to rinse out before we could use it. There was even a dirty wash cloth left hanging over the shower rod. Disgusting! On Sunday in the very early morning hours, there were people yelling in the halls and banging on our door. It was frightening.

There was no breakfast. I booked for that price believing I was getting breakfast. It was not there. Honestly the place smelled and was dirty so I would not want to eat there. The room was dirty and the bathroom had hair in it. I would not walk bare feet bc it was so dirty. There were homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot. I complained but they just said sorry. No offer to make it right. The sink are was stained. I am concerned to trust ur ratings based on this experience.
