Room was big and lovely.
The bathtub had serious issues with the hot and cold water at the shower rm 911. If you wanted water pressure you moved the shower handle to the left but there was no hot water. If you wanted hot water you moved the shower handle to the right which until the water was barely a trickle coming out of the shower you got hot water. There was absolutely no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. Which in a way was a good thing because I wouldn't have been able to withstand the cold shower long enough to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

Rooms were very spacious, with great views. Hotel was located in a great area of downtown Richmond, convenient to everything.
Was told I could have adjoining rooms, and was given rooms on 2 separate floors. Rooftop bar was closed all night for a private event, which was disappointing.

Room was extremely clean, very large room Suite. Regular size refrigerator, dishwasher.
Close to convention center we were attending.
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot
Only problem was Elevator A had me stuck on 15th floor. Got off of elevator and then tried to key in my floor. Tried using my key. Finally got another elevator to arrive. But other than that I highly Recommend this Hotel

Drain in kitchen was smelly. Housekeeping should run Clorox or lemon peel through garbage disposal to clear/clean it out and keep smell out of drain.

The breakfast staff was amazing and even opened it up early for all the dancers staying so we could get breakfast before the workshop!! That was soo awesome to do that and very much appreciated!!

Close proximity to my sons apartment and my sons restaurant the tobacco company Restaurant.
Adjacent room had loud music into the morning hours keeping us awake. Would’ve thought Management could’ve took of Took care of the situation. But did not.

it was clean the room was great.
we had to pay $15 a night to park the staff had no idea where else to park. The room had lights on while trying to sleep it wasn’t dark enough. We had two TVs only one worked. Breakfast was disappointing.

Everything else was nice, room was extremely impressive for downtown Richmond. Super clean, perfect for the city, staff was nice Kabana bar was sweet. Elevator little tricky but worked quickly for being modern. We definitely would go back.
New employee was confused were I was staying since its 2 hotels in one building.

There are some good points: the hotel is in the heart of Richmond downtown, and the breakfast was great!
For the price we expected a better hotel!
The air conditionning was too noisy, we had to switch it off. Some handles of the furnitures were broken.
The parking lot (not included in the price of the room, 15$ per night) isn't easy.

There were handprints all over refrigerator which told us it had not been wiped down and dishwasher was full of clean dishes - the cabinets were empty. And in order to keep living area cool enough, the bedroom was Freezing and noisy! Otherwise we were happy.

The property seemed up to date but something is wrong with the system .. upon check in I was given an occupied room and the room I was reassigned to the door was cracked open upon entry. With Covid concerns this was just unacceptable. Halfway through the night I tried to enter my room only to have the key stopped working. Also no one was there to fix it for over 1.5 hours ??? So now I’m locked out.

The hotel is very covid friendly and felt like home.
Was charged for self parking for $15. Unfortunately we were unable to find a park in the parking deck. So we paid additional parking fee to parking in public parking. Overall still a great stay. Will return.

The property was great .
didn’t like the parking situation. As hotel guest, we should have parking first but because of the lounge area, there were more people parked in the parking garage then it need to be that weren’t guest.

Poor breakfast choices for vegetarians. In the hot b'fast category, there is nothing on offer
Bath plumbing is poor, with blocked basin, and toilet roll holder falling off etc
