It smelled like smoke in the hallway and our room, I thought I had booked us in a motel 6.

They have no pet rooms available thus couldn’t give me room said booking had to cancel and will refund. Booking didn’t cancel this is on both of you

Staff was Friendly

The room. We were VERY uncomfortable and the rooms didn't look like the pictures. The walls had random unidentified stuff on it and it was like a extended stay I had NEVER stayed at.

the Lights worked

Double Charged me for the room, I explained the situation to staff and showed proof and staff didn’t seem to care “I don’t know what to tell you we’ve only charged you once” was the response I received. The toilet doesn’t function properly, had to retrieve THE ONLY PLUNGER from the front desk wrapped in a plastic bag, towels and Shower area very dingy (brownish/orange color), THEY HAVE BUGS (Cockroaches), air smells very stale/like cigarettes, they have 2 old elevators so getting on/ off is a hassle because of how small they are, THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS OUT DATED, our closet consisted of a pull curtain No doors, our view consisted of scattered debris and hearing ppl cough due to the smoke area being part of our view, interior design is very poor, had a little trouble getting in after hours due to the keycard malfunctioning, lights were off at the front desk and no receptionist present. “BREAKFAST” consisted of a Mini muffin or Oats Bar and weak coffee, it’s also set up on a table in the hallway next to other guests room door (there is no dining/lounge area) NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL, WOULD BOT RECOMMEND. definitely for EXTENDED STAYS, most guests Live there. PRICE is too High for the quality.
