The pool was nice. Staff were pleasant enough.

We had a lot of cockroaches. The room overall was clean, but in desperate need of a remodel. The bedding had holes in as did the walls. The bath tub was badly stained so looked really dirty. The self catering kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or any utensils of any kind. When we asked for cups, we were given polystyrene. We were given 2 towels for the family of 4 and they were basically hand towels. The air conditioning unit in the window caused the metal blinds to bang open and closed continuously. WiFi was only available in the lobby (not a massive issue, but we were communicating with other family members joining us in the US so had to keep heading there).

I enjoyed the location, the value, very comfortable.

Our first room had bed bugs. No refund was offered and our request for a drier was not even met. Our second room was better in that it did not have bed bugs, but the bed was not very comfortable.

Nothing good about this hotel room has roaches,very outdated building and rooms.

Soiled mattress looks like it came off the dumpster. Roaches, no hot water, no internet in rm. I was told it only works in lobby. Health department should be called on this facility.

The worst experience in my life!!! Dirty room, dirty linens, terrible bathroom… I don’t think there was any renovation there, since the year this hotel was built… I wouldn’t recommend even homeless people to stay there!!!
