I like location and the friendliness of the staff.

Beds were uncomfortable. Noisy floors above us that creaked with every move from those above. Seems like some of the guests staying there lived there and were very noisy outside long into the night. We went to tell them to be quiet and realized one guy had a gun and thought we’d better just be quiet.

How loud and inconsiderate the other guests were. Slamming doors and stomping feet till 2am.

people arguing in hallway at 3:00in the morning this went on for over 30 minutes. front desk did nothing when I approached situation. no apology, refund, partial refund. we never got fully back to sleep for the funeral that day. awesome right?

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. I feel like they had just re-opened and staff was being trained. It's also possible room set-ups were not complete. When setting up our reservation, the owner was very helpful and accommodating.
No bells or whistles. Only chair was desk chair. A folding suitcase rack would have been useful. My contact case was removed from the room and I had to purchase another. Made 4 specific requests from one staff member and she only completed one of them correctly.

Staff were super sweet, room was really comfy and clean and the bed was great. All of the essentials were terrific AND there is a great restaurant next door.
There was nothing major. It would have been great to have ice in the ice machine and to have something remotely healthy (bananas, yogurt), pitcher of ice water, to grab in the AM.

Older motel, no pool, toilet plugged up and had to ask for plunger because no one came to fix it
