The location in Estes Park was decent.

Avoid at all costs. After being "double-booked" and placed in a room with only one bed (for platonic friends), we were promised a partial refund. I made multiple attempts going to the front office, as well as several phone calls after my stay, and every time they strung me along with a different excuse, and promised the money was on its way. It never came. The rolling cot they did provide was horribly uncomfortable, with sharp springs jabbing my back every night. Truly an awful experience.

The beds were clean and the rooms amenities were replenished daily.

1. There was no land line phone. 2. WIFI was intermittent 3. They have no access to the Swimming pool or Hot Tub. 4. Management has no idea who's cars are in the parking lot and when not sure they BOOT the car tire, . The management is not Customer service friendly, in fact I am going to say they are rude and arrogant when asking about pictured and promised amenities on website. 6. I wouldn't stay there again if it was FREE !!! 7. A Vacation? ..... not so much, and the room was not what was pictured on the website. I could go on but I think you see we were between PISSED and ANGRY !

Staff was very helpful. Local restaurant options and grocery store were within walking distance. Access to RMNP was great.

Spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and of a good size. It included fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, TV and hairdryer. Beds were very comfortable and had both a lamp and a reading light by both beds. Lovely location with good views and only a short drive down into the town. Staff were well organised and polite.

Swimming pool wasn't operational when we visited and we were looking forward to using it as we were at the end of a long road trip to relax ahead of our trip home.

So clean there, close to the park, and the staff was extremely friendly and made you feel at home!

Newly remodeled, the facilities were outstanding.

We arrived after hours, the check in procedure was very easy after hours, I wasn’t able to initially get into our room, but I texted the number on the office front door and they got back to me immediately. I felt they gave us very good customer service.

The heating unit was extremely noisy at night… Once it got going, it really rattled and kept waking me up.

Parking is a bit tight for a full size pickup. Heater was loud but worked well.

It was clean and comfortable and convenient to rocky mountain National Park entrance. I needed another extra night and they were very accommodating
