The private hottub and clean cabin!
Having to leave! We were only here one night.

Spacious room with great river view. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Nearby parking, although had to park farther away our first night due to shortage of spaces near our unit. Fun light show outside our balcony.
No place to hang clothes or unpack a suitcase. No dresser or closet. Noise from other rooms was distracting both adjoining and above us. Heater fan was quite noisy and woke us up whenever it cycled on. Also impossible to hear the TV when heater was running.

The location is great it has a Mountain View. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The staff was great I will be staying here in the future.

Someone took our parking spot on our last night and it was a pain to pack up the car.
Hot tub became funky after 4 days. Would have liked it to be cleaned.

I feel a parking space should be numbered for each room so that whenever we come back there is someplace to park

The cabin was beautiful and the property was great.But the cabin was very clean, full of amenities, and worth the stay.
It would have also been nice to know that the check in would be done via text. It didn’t mention that on the booking app. But once I knew that it was a simple check in and checkout process.
Would recommend
My only concerns where that the bed and pillows were horribly stiff and not comfortable.

The cabin we stayed in was beautifully done. Bed was very comfortable and there were lots of details that were thought through quite well.

Cute room. Great location with a wonderful patio that overlooked a rushing river.
Not enough shelving to put things on and wished they had hooks to hang stuff on.

Was right next to a beautiful river with lots of seating and areas near the river to sit and visit. They have a patio bar with music several nights and the night we were there they had popcorn and an ice cream bar as well which kids liked. Property is only 5 minutes from the main downtown Estes Park shopping and restaurant areas.

The room was so nice and clean. The location in proximity to the park and town is fantastic and it is a quiet place to stay.
The TV in our room was finicky and didn’t work half the time. We asked for help, they told us to unplug it and plug it back in but the plug is super difficult to get to. We managed but it was frustrating. The bed was also super uncomfortable and hard. It was a bummer because everything else was so relaxing and comforting but the bed. we got two nights of restless sleep and woke up in pain.
