Cleanliness…..the room could have been cleaner. Hairs on sheets and towels. Stains.

I slept comfortably. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. AC worked fine. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked fine.

The first room we were given had a door to the room next door. A dog was in the adjoining room was barking loudly and coming through the door. I requested and was given another room. Grounds appeared well kept but trash was overflowing in the receptacles and dumpster. Also the odor of dog feces was strong outside as the grass areas were not kept clean. The phone and alarm clock did not work. No coffee maker in room. No lamp or power at desk. Room was poorly maintained. Gaps in hard floor panels. Rust and stains on counters, doors, floors and tub. Tub faucet handle was not installed properly and fell off when attempting to use. Deadbolt was difficult to latch as you had to left up on the door to lock/unlock. Although the floor was likely dust mopped, it had not been wet mopped and was dirty. Towels and clothes were rough and thin.

Shower was not working,no coffee in room or office I have to wait to check in, while others without reservations were allowed to check in.. no ice buckets

I checked into one room but toilet and bathtub were dirty. the gentleman at desk gave me another room no problem.

they gave me a different room that was cleaner but forgot to make changes on computer and they tried to tell my I checked out already early. which I didn't I was there til Sunday.

It wasn’t as clean as in the pictures, there was no bath towel when I arrived

Beds were comfortable and room dark enough.

Couples were fighting and having an all night argument during our stay. We could hear it next door.

They had NO breakfast!!
