The quietness

The dining room was inoperative, out of service. Limited amount of items to pick up at the front desk and take back to room.

The room was dusty, window heater/air conditioner and spackling ceiling.

Location

We were not informed the hotel was under renovation and there is no lobby and no breakfast area. You have to.ask at the desk for the breakfast. Only sugar free yogurt artificialnsweetners. bad selection the elevator was.loud and rough and smelled. The only ice machine is broken the snack.machine is 80% empty. The room and bathroom are outdated. No USB charging. The one key doesn't work. The other works but we had to get desk clerk to open door because the handle works upside down. I would expect this from a hotel half the size

Nothing in the area,. Cockroach in the room,A sign at the front desk saying that no resident within a 50 Mile and radius can stay here.Never knew what happened,but as a Black and Mexican family,it didn't sit to well.

The breakfast was suitable,. I expected more items. Boooking still is showing my stay in Oct. 27 which is incorrect. The front desk was very accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location wasn't bad and it was very clean.

The property definitely needs updating. The queen room had a tub shower without grab bars to get in and out of the shower safely. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. And the "breakfast included" was two types of cold cereal and waffles. Overall I'd give it a C-

I was traveling with family and they had cockroaches in their room.

Breakfast items were not replenished.

Very nice location easy access

Did not make the room upthe first nite stopped up toilet had to plunger it my self. Second nite emptied trash but never made up the bed. Not a very nice experience.

the receptionist was very nice

my family had been affected by a recent tornado an needed a place to stay until we got our power back on. as soon as we walked in to the lobby there was a sign posted that said people who lived within 50 miles of the hotel couldn’t stay there. I was like why but the receptionist just said it was the owners who made that rule ! she rented us the room anyway but it was still upsetting to me because of our situation
