No elevator and had to bring luggage up several steps to 2nd floor

The staff attitude was poor

Beds were comfortable. View was good at night because the darkness blocked the bad spots and the universities lights were beautiful. Rooms were spacious and side by side but separate rooms was great.

We booked a whirlpool room. It was confirmed. Only to find out when we got there that it had already been booked to someone else and we had to accept a different room. The people staying in the room next to us were fighting late at night. Someone on our floor made it smell like weed everywhere. The pool room also was not what was advertised. It was also very small and the echo was horrible. There should really be a limit to how many people are in there at once.

You show a hot tub on your online booking site for this hotel attached to the pool… there was none Also there were kids running up and down the hall making lots of noise way past 10pm. And your breakfast was the worse I’ve EVER had or experienced at any hotel I’ve stayed with.. the food was disgusting and there were no facilities/ tables to sit and eat anyway!! Just piss poor ! I will not be booking a stay with this chain again anywhere!!!

I stay at literally hundreds of hotels all over the US and around the world. This hotel, without exception is the worst one I have ever stayed at. BUT, the location was good!

1) No staff at check-in, with a long wait before someone showed up 2) No elevator even though there is a second floor; fine for small roller bags or backpacks, but horrible if you have luggage to carry 3) Very bad breakfast including cold coffee from dispenser and mystery hash to accompany tasteless eggs 4) Rooms not cleaned each day. (When I complained, I was told that the check-in staff should have told me, and if I wanted such a service, a full day advance request is needed! 5) Poor water pressure in shower/bath; running cold periodically while using 6) Old bed linens, but very nice bath towels 7) Difficulty to control temperature in the room; result, hot and stuffy!

When I came in to get my room it was completely unavailable 🤦🏾‍♂️ so I was so frustrated because I paid for the room 2 weeks in advance and kiona at the front desk was very helpful and found me my room and it was amazing with the way she was able to fix the situation and find my room with booking being a third party and that was so amazing

Stores were a little too far and the place Alfie's where we ordered food from was terrible and salty and greasy and ran my blood pressure up they should not put they menus in the hotel 🤬
