Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff and elevator were great. Always had instant hot water at every sink tub and faucet. Loved that there was a full sized coffee pot and excellent coffee provided. 9

Door lock was a pain. Staff blamed on the weather. No housekeeping for 4 days was a bummer as we had to ask and run down cart for items. Need hooks or towel bars in the bath. Also needed list for TV channels. Even finding the channel guide was hard. Ice machines turned off because of the weather too.

The location was great. Loved the fireplace & the Jacuzzi. The additional kitchen was an asset on saving a lot of money.

Very out dated! The ceiling above the Jacuzzi had mold on the tiles.

The location is great and the pool was really nice

They don't inforce the smoking policy because people was smoking on the third floor the second floor and the first floor other then the designated area including the employees smoking right outside the office door.

Location was perfect. Rooms were spacious.

No everyday maid service. Beds could have been more comfy.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen sink. And the traditional coffee pot . I really dislike a Kuregg machine. The towels were great too . It was really nice to have dishes and coffee cups too .We would definately stay again . We would just be sure and bring our own pillows .

We really did not like the pillows. They were too hard . We had trouble sleeping because of it . We had trouble finding the hotel at first because the sign is gone .It will be nice when they get the chance to replace it .

Comfy beds, kitchenette for basic cooking, grills outside. Nice staff. Clean.
