The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care.

The room was not what we expected. We booked an accessibility room with a roll in shower for my husband who is confined to a wheelchair. The shower was a standard tub (not roll in) with safety rails. The wheelchair did not fit beyond the corner of the bed even after I rearranged some furniture. The room above us was very loud and awake most of the night. We could hear the thumping and jumping of all the activity going on. We got very little sleep!

it was clean.

coffee machine wasn’t able to make a coffee. it drained water. air conditioner was too loud so we had to turn it off. Even though I hung the do not disturb note on the door the housekeeping knocked the door in the morning. it was before checkout time I didn’t get what this rush was about. it was extremely expensive room. I stayed at the way better hotels all around the world this hotel was a disappointment.

The bed was comfortable.

The lamp in our room had a shade covered in mold and the side chair was soiled and stained. The chairs in the breakfast area were torn. The continental breakfast was sparse and slow to be restocked. Overall, this hotel was very overpriced and disappointing.

Our toilet did not work (would not flush). Discussed with that!
