The beds were nice, pillows are like most hotels.

Clean, quiet, easy access from the highway, close to our venue. The staff offered early check in ( we were traveling for an afternoon wedding) and late check out, which was very helpful.

Friendly and professional staff; even the cleaning woman wished us a good day with a smile, the morning we checked out. The location was ideal for what we needed. We did not partake in the breakfast, pool area, or any workout options (if there were any), but the (second) room was comfortable and clean.

Our first room smelled like mildew, unfortunately. We did not sit any of our luggage down, instead we immediately called the front desk and requested a new room. The front desk clerk working the overnight shift Friday 5/5/2023 into Saturday 5/6/2023 was a polite young man that apologized for the inconvenience and placed us into a new room right away. So, I don't really count this as a negative since he was professional, and the situation was quickly remedied. The only other small thing was that the hair dryer was barely working.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was beyond my expectations.

The hot tub wasn't very hot. The pool had no lights and was cold.

the first time I stayed I could say this hotel was a good pick. the second time I stayed is the reason I won’t be returning. i found front desk staff to be very rude. I made a reservation for 4 days and I had to modify it but couldn’t find the option to do so. I waited until check in to modify it since the booking didn’t require a pre payment. the moment I told the Indian guy at the front desk that I wanted to modify my trip to a shorter stay he suddenly developed a attitude. I asked him how much it would be since I modified the reservation and he still didn’t answer me he just grabbed my card and processed the payment. I ignored his ignorance once I saw the receipt, he gave me a room key for room 205 and I went to the room. the moment I stepped into the room I felt like I couldn’t breath. so I went to open the window. I kid you not. the entire room was under dust like it haven’t been cleaned in months. the bathroom was dirty and had soap scums all over it, the towels were dusty and dirty. very evident this room haven’t been cleaned or utilized in a while. I went back downstairs and reported this to the guy I said I am asthmatic and I feel like I’m about to have a asthma attack the room is too dusty I cannot sleep inside. he still had a attitude but he gave me a new room. here comes the morning! at 8 a.m I hear a banging on the door, I jumped out of my sleep. peeped out the door and saw a Indian lady outside so I opened the door. she immediately started screaming at me saying she smell weed and she know I am smoking In there. I was like what the hell! I said lady I don’t smoke that’s number one, number 2 I am asthmatic and 3 I don’t like to be accused of things I’m not doing. I rather someone asked me a question than claiming I was doing something I don’t do. so I slammed the door in her face. I went to the front desk and complain that this was unacceptable and very unprofessional and for this I would never be staying here again. like what the hell!!!

only good thing here is the pool. never returning

The staff were friendly, but also to a fault as a drunk man in pool was yelling racial slurs and obviously very intoxicated. They took man to his room and told him to stay there, but in my mind you yell racial slurs in public area of hotel you can beat it and not stay .

The staff just put up with bigotry and racial slurs. I will not be going back there ever

The room had a full size bed, instead of a queen. The room was between the storage unit and a vending machine and was quite noisy. I got the feeling they did not like the fact that I used booking.com for a better rate. I could not figure out how to use my rewards account and was told they could not help me.
