Loved the decor and 20s music

Minor but water bottles in the room would have been nice. And coffee in room was not good.

The lady at the front desk was excellent and was genuinely friendly. Our room was exceptional. One of my best stays in a hotel ever

None. It was perfect for us

it was the most beautiful hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and didn’t know that it would be that amazing! There is 2 full bathrooms in this room and definitely came in handy when we were trying to get ready to go out.

centipedes. It is a very old building so it wasn’t a huge surprise. But just watch where you step when you get out of the shower. Oh… and room service is not room service. We were nestled up on the couch on bathrobes, fireplace going, watching a lovely movie and thought we’d call for room service. There’s a pre dial button for room service on the phone. The gentle that answered was very polite and kind, took our order, and told us he’d call when the food was ready to have us come pick it up because they don’t bring the food to the rooms. Our $45 porter house steak, was served to us in a to-go container.

Felt unsafe walking from the parking garage to the entrance of the hotel - it’d be nice to have parking all on the same level to enter the hotel.

Loved the property, loved all the decor, staff was excellent.

We had a bit of a wait for our food in the restaurant, but have experienced that at so many places. Everyone seems a bit understaffed, but the food and drinks were excellent!!

The bed was comfortable and the internet was really really good!

The fridge in my room didn’t work but. I wasn’t goin to use it anyways. Maintenance offered to replace it but I declined for I wasn’t goin to use it.
