Liked the complete apartment facilities. Close to restaurants and beach

Expensive parking. 35usd a night. Might be normal for miami beach?

The staff was amazing!!! Always willing to help, even in the rain! The maid service made you feel at home, and the office staff was always there to make things better! We were very happy!!!

The people above us very heavy walkers, starting early in the morning. It is not the hotel's fault, but that was the only company we could feel solid about.

The location is awesome and the flat is very kids friendly.

The smell inside the flat was not so good.

The only issue was parking. However there is a nice parking garage across the street that was a good rate considering Miami parking fiasco.

You can hear the neighbors, both above and behind the wall, how they walk, cough, talk.

Location is the the thing that really makes this place exceptional. It's 5 minutes walk to the Lincoln Rd, and 15 minutes walk to the beach. It's perfect for exploring Miami Beach and convenient to get to the downtown. They provide complimentary coffee, which is great when you wake up and just need a kick to wake you up.

They charge $35/day for a parking spot even though parking garage across the street charges $20. They initially provided only one towel, even though there were 3 registered guests.

Nice hotel in South beach, with a quiet courtyard and within walking distance to main shopping streets, and close enough to Miamibeach too. We were very happy to be able to check in earlier and to drop our bags, big thanks to Luciana and Alex who helped to facilitate everything.

Honestly, absolutely nothing.

Do not stay at this property. The property looks absolutely nothing like it does in the photographs. Our room was dirty and run down, look at the photos attached for reference. It looks 100% better in photos than it does in actual life. Please be careful when booking this hotel as myself and our friends who booked couldn’t have been more disappointed. I checked out immediately after the second night, our room looked close enough like a hideout room where they would keep people in hiding before sentencing them. The manager was completely unhelpful and didn’t offer us any room swap or any sort of compensation which was completely upsetting. I tried to reason but in the end we just left. Liked the location of the hotel and the amenities (kitchen, w/d, d/w).

Inconsistent housekeeping service. They missed cleaning the 2nd room and they didn’t clean our room at all the next day. The management made excuses of why the room wasn’t clean in the first place.

The facilities were spotless and the staff took great pains to make sure our needs were met. Location was great. They had complementary still and sparkling water and laundry.

Shelves were metal rods with spaces between the rods. They made it very difficult to put anything on them.
