The room was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with serving ware and cookware, had a great sized fridge, and the pantry was a plus. With two desk areas, there was plenty of space to get some work done.

We needed to use the sleeper sofa and the mattress on it was clean, but very uncomfortable. The springs made it very difficult to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was a little low and the water never got quite hot enough.

Where to start. Pick up the trash in the hallways. Get the trash smell out of the hallway, stair well and rooms. The kitchen sink had a leak, so I had to put a pot under the plumbing. Clean up the stairwell flooring and door handles (they were dirty). The entry door into the room had to be picked up on in order for the deadbolt to closed. The shower head had a leak at the threads which was spraying water to the side while the shower head was running. I also had to go down to the front desk and get new batteries for the tv remote. After a long day the last thing I want to do is troubleshoot your tv and remote.

The staff.

The pillows on the couches in the lobby looked old, used and dirty. The floors in the i carpeted areas were dirty, as was the carpet in the halls and room 107. it was a terrible first impression. There was a heavy, musty smell in room 107, wear and tear on the carpet, recliner. I was so disappointed because a had stayed twice in the past and I was so impressed with everything!

Only one towel in our room. No shower curtain. No water to welcome you in lobby. Freezer worked but fridge did not. Carpets and drapes were old.
