The location

My room was very dirty I don’t believe the room was cleaned. Got to the hotel, staff was alright. Went to our room, left our things and left to a show so came back late. We fell asleep and woke up to towels covered in make up and hair (pubic) intertwined in hand towels. No wash towels and blonde hair covering the walls of the shower. I spoke to the front desk for clean towels since it was my fault I didn’t check before hand. I didn’t know I had to. I complained and only got $15 off my room…

Outside was painted recently making building look great. However, our room was not in update plan. Lobby was pleasant and refreshed like outside.

Our room. HVAC was noisy! Thankfully, weather didn’t make us use hvac, so its noise didn’t keep us awake. Carpeting needed attention, pretty worn. Covered over and painted wall plates were visible. Shower head was old, no tub mat to stand on, sink facet was stiff and hard to adjust for flow and temperature, bed mattress was not rotated ever! Mattress was more uncomfortable on one side vs other. Left after 1 night but had planned for 2.

Location in proximity to restaurants

I was getting ready in the bathroom when 2 roaches scurried across the vanity top. I was also accuser by staff for smoking in the room. When confronted, I invited them into the room to ensure them that it was not coming from my room. There were disagreed, but declined to come into my room to investigate if they could smell anything. It was a very weird ordeal.

Breakfast was great! Very nice variety of food. The location is awesome! Close to everything you need.

We did have to ask to have the room cleaned. We could get clean towels everyday, but we had to ask.

Room needs renovation

De locatie is prima voor als je onderweg bent met winkels en bezienswaardigheden op redelijk korte afstand met de auto. De kamer was schoon. Er waren genoeg parkeerplaatsen. De gym is goed uitgerust. Het ontbijt is prima op een paar kleine puntjes na.

We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt maar er lag maar 1 grote handdoek in de badkamer. Kan je bij extra vragen bij de receptie maar er zou vooraf rekening mee gehouden kunnen worden. De airco wordt centraal bediend, dat kan uitgelegd worden door de receptie. Er was geen cream cheese of pindakaas bij het ontbijt.

Location was great, staff was excellent, made our stay very comfortable as I was traveling with 2 toddlers.

No hot water. Had to be moved. Chipped paint on door. Handles missing on cabinets. Windows are filthy

Front desk would not allow me and my family to check in 40 min early even after being told our room was ready but weren’t allowed to check in early bc another guests room wasn’t ready and would not fair to let one check in early and not the other. We drove 5 hours to hurry and try to check in then try to rush to the wedding we were attending. They offered us there guest restroom to change in. Understandable. Maybe just don’t tell the guest their room is ready and they decline early check in moving forward to avoid guest complaints.

The staff was wretched

We were on the first floor. Very nice woman checked us in. Helped us with internet( we have Apple).

Ram 101 has floor transition that was lifted and should be repaired. The water pressure was a little low for the shower.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The pool and gym were small and did not offer the variety I was seeking. Also the breakfast during the week were awful they offered basic items nothing from a continental breakfast.

I really liked the bed, very comfortable. I also liked the bathroom style.

I didn't like the traffic noise. I didn't like the fact that there was no television guide information. The hallway carpet were horribly dirty and stained. The water pressure was not good and water not that hot.

Much more than I expected it was an amazing stay

Pricing was a little expensive but I was satisfied

booked two rooms. paid same price. one room as close to the back exit door. soooo noisy the entire night. people coming in and out for smoking, loud chatting, burping, farting and slamming the door. One room bad location, should have a discount just like venues/concert's seats with restricted viewing. telephone not working. The other room did not have the air dryer available.

The carpets and elevator were dirty. The property had a lot of cracks and leak damage

The lady who checked us in was super friendly.

I didn’t like the way they sent up their Wi-Fi. You literally have to go to the receptionist for them to connect your device in to the Wi-Fi. The receptionist did not let me check in 20 mins early. She said I had to pay $50 for early check in.

The location was good. The room size was good. The room was clean. We were only there for 1 night, so it was fine.

The staff was less than friendly. The breakfast was mediocre - lots of empty items were not being replaced. There was only 1 elevator and it was a little scary. The door to our room didn't close all the way when we were inside. If we locked it, it stayed closed.

The easy check in and check out... The staff very friendly and the room service lady who asked if we were sure we didn't need the services... They are excellent. Worker
