The lighting was outdated. There is no USB charged stations in the room and I could not get the television to pick up any stations.

Staff was friendly

Room was dirty. The bedside stand was sticky. Cleaned it. So wiped down entire room. TV sucked had to hold button to get it to work. No good channels mostly news or sports. Bathroom shower curtain was torn. Breakfast was okay once we got eggs. They do not monitor well. Never received a bill. Was charged $100 after they took payment for incidentals. Should include that when making reservations. And PEOPLE LIVE AT THAT HOTEL? That should be included. Trash piled by the elevators for our entire stay. Will never stay at that location again

I like that the staff was very attentive and the place was clean and the continental breakfast was good.

Need to have something about noise control at a certain time. Need to have some type of security at a certain time of the night. People was idling their cars in front of people doors. Need to be addressed for people that has to get up and leave in the morning.

The employees mad my stay horrible

I was double charged, I was told I didn't put down a deposit. When I tried to get help I had to deal with the most rude people. The young lady that was new who made the mistakes was very nice and she was new.But the other employees were very unprofessional.
