Relatively modest price
The water pump for the pool was very noisy which was running overnight, so I could not sleep well.

The location was good in that it was quiet, and also close to Frenchman St.

A little worn.

The location was a block and a half from Frenchmens Street and 6 blocks from Bourbon St.
The maintenance staff should daily clean the sidewalk in front of Inn.

The room was amazing! We got married and spent part of our honeymoon here.We were in #1 which leads to a gorgeous courtyard with a beautiful blue pool. The place is full of history and antiquities. The staff were so helpful and kind. The parking was cheap and close by. We are looking forward to returning
The staff were not available after hours

Great location! Pool was refreshing. Unit was roomy. Furniture was comfortable and the A/C was great. Loved the antique pieces!! Q was a fantastic host!!
NOISE! expected some traffic noise but did not expect four wheelers and dirt bikes and window rattling speakers.
Other guests going up and down stairs also shook the living room windows. The walls and ceilings are thin enough to hear the upstairs neighbors conversations!!

Check out times. No late options , even when scheduling.

Proximity
Furniture had reached its limit. Couch and upstairs bed were to the point of being worn out

Reserved 1 bedroom suite with pool view. Clean room. Great location. Very sweet receptionist. Well appointed room. Enjoyed the separation between the den and bedroom. Great bathroom with his and her sinks. Huge shower. They honored our travel discounts without a problem. Will book there again.
Pool needed a little more attention, since it was one of the reasons we booked there, so we did not use. The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Needs to be changed out. Blinds on door entering into the suite, missing slats, easy for other guests to peep in.

Amazing location and beautiful room. I personally enjoyed the exposed brick and beams in the room. The balcony was a lively place for morning coffee and to watch traffic pass by. The pool in the courtyard was perfect to cool off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the third floor, so we ended our day climbing up a beautiful staircase. Overall, the room was clean and was perfect for our family trip.
The room could use a deep cleaning under furniture. Due to the age of the property, I completely understand about dust, but there were some leftover objects from previous guests under the bed and couch.

Great location, friendly staff, good comfortable rooms, great old French vibe
Pool pump can be loud, but owners allowed us to shut it off at night

It is a gorgeous, old, historic building. It definitely gave a very authentic New Orleans feel. The location was good as well. One block up is Royal, two blocks up is Bourbon. Walkable, but also the Uber rides for things we didn't want to walk all averaged around $9.
Long review ahead but you'll want to read...
I got married in NOLA on 6/3. We arrived at this location on 5/31. Myself along with my family & my in law all booked rooms at this location. Well over 2k in bookings between the 3 rooms.
Booking was quick & easy. They requested a debit card at check in which I assumed would be for any possible incidental charges, etc. I had paid in full for my booking back in January with PayPal so I did not have a physical card other than my personal debit card to hand them at check in.
Later that evening I notice my bank account is nearly drained. I have a pending charge for the full price of the booking despite me having already paid in full in January. I attempted to call the "emergency" phone number they have posted everywhere around the building but got no answer. I then get a text from that number saying "I have a missed call from this number?" So I replied back explaining I was a guest, gave my name, & said I had been double charged for the room. No response. I again tried to call, no answer. At this same time my father in law in another room noticed he too had a pending double charge for his room that he had also already paid in full for. We went to the front desk & informed the woman there about the double charge. She tells us she's just with housekeeping & doesn't know what to do but she'll pass the word along. This same housekeeper snapped at my fiance & I one day as we were leaving because we let the door to the place close behind us & she "didn't know the code to get back in." Sketch. Her brother also was yelling up at us when we were out on our balcony one night asking for the code to get into the place which we did not give him because we didn't recognize him nor did it seem safe to be giving the code to someone random like this.
Thursday morning the charge has already hard posted to my account.

No complaints.

Staff was very nice & accommodating. Believe the building is from around 1809 & the ambiance is still there. Nice hotel, not plush. Updated bath & kitchen area, comfortable bed, & good location.
The front of the building needs serious attention as does the parking area.

location to French quarter and Marigny
communication was poor with no one answering the door/phones/texts in a timely way. Check in and Check out were terrible with nobody around at the times requested. The pool was in a state and totally off limits the whole time we were there which was a miss-sell since we booked in part due to the pool for our little boy

I liked the location and area was quiet. We got the top floor so the view was good too.
The only bad thing I can say is the wifi wasnt working. The remote for the living room area was no where to be found as well.

really enjoyed the room
pool was not useable until the last day of our trip, due to very low water. It was unpredictable knowing if/when someone would be in the office. the phone number listed wasn’t answered and the voicemail didn’t work.

Location was great and the room was way nicer than expected.
It was hard to get in the door...they were both locked with a code so we had to catch somebody coming out. Parking was close but it was a very small lot.
