Convenient location for short overnight stay, without much deviation from our overall journey
A bit dated/tired. For a 4* hotel thought breakfast was a bit limited and paper plates/plastic cutlery surely doesn’t reflect a 4*??

had ants in the room switched rooms and it was great and the hot tub had ants around it

I did not like the fact that when i needed to make change to my reservations I had to contacted booking.com and was not provided with an 800 number to call and I was charged an international phone charge.by my phone service. The first time I called the changes were made to my reservation but my rooms were changed from non smoking to smoking. By the time I noticed the change the hotel no longer had non smoking rooms left but the hotel was able to change the our rooms for us.

Missing book in room with hotel info. Could not find ice maker easily. Also, only had 3 bath towels in room even though room was reserved for 4 people. Little things.

Elevator was down all weekend. my husband is recovering from knee surgery so it was a challenge walking up and down 3 flights of stairs.

after a rain wash out at the Penn State game, the hot shower was excellent.m
my suitcase was under the window. got up looking forward to putting on some dry clothes. the window had leaked and my clothes were saturated
