I was honestly scared to eat the breakfast due to the state of my room.

People were loud and banging around in their rooms ALL night long. The phone in the room didn’t even work to call the front desk. Also, the room was infested with fleas. When I woke up and got out of bed my ankles were covered in them. It was horrific. When I told the front desk before I left they seemed unbothered and didn’t even apologize for the awful night.

when I arrived to check in the staff was not friendly or welcoming. when I went to my room the room was not cleaned and the bed was unmade. I went to the front desk and informed her and she was unpleasant towards me while giving me another room. The second room was also dirty and beds were unmade. The woman gave me a third room and there were no wash rags in the third room.

I had no tv and because I was not in room they would not fix it. This should of been checked when room was cleaned. Was very upset about this

Everything in the room was wet; sheets, towels, floor, ceiling...Even the lamp shades were Dripping yellow nicotine (in a non smoking room). I didn't sleep at all. There was mold on the ceiling. I am guessing they need to service the AC.

Several restaurants within walking distance. Adequate parking for larger vehicles.

They said we weren't charged correctly so they charged 526.00 as pos. Without our knowledge and leaving us 0.00 in our bank.

Based on the outside of the building and the parking lot, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. It was clean, comfortable, and decently decorated. The person who checked us in was extremely pleasant.

As mentioned, the outside areas of the hotel needs some sprucing up. After we got moved into our room, we discovered the TV was not working. As it turns out, the cable box was missing and it took about a half hour for them to get it up and running. It should obviously be checked beforehand that everything in the room is in working order. The morning clerk was the opposite of the evening clerk... very unfriendly. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, but maybe we've gotten spoiled by Best Westerns.

The clerk was very pleasant. Helped with reservations for another family member.

The floors in room were filthy.

Location was excellent. Continental breakfast was not stocked with many items. Room looked nice, room had no carpet and I like that. Looked clean, but ceiling over the tub/shower has some mildew in the ceiling. It was nice for a one night stay.

Mildew on ceiling over the shower, a closed in smell when we first entered the room, not enough items for breakfast, only had coffee to drink.

very clean and very well taken care of; comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and the room was cold with A/C before we arrived; the general manager gave us an upstairs room as requested; good selection of TV channels with easy to operate controls

The morning staff were not friendly. Breakfast was minimal but did have hot waffles although no butter. Price was a little high but good compared to others nearby.

Not impressed with breakfast as some of the items were old/stale and/or not available (e.g., juice machine was in operative.)

Deposit was double billed resulting in an extra $50 being charged me. I am trying to recover!!

trouble with volume and Cox remotes never fixed it $50 extra deposit but Hotwire did NO such thing!
