Dirty towel left on nightstand
Laundry bag left in front of our unit entrance during our entire stay.
Dishwasher was still going when we arrived as if the cleaning service was just done at 5:30pm

Roll away bed was not at all comfortable to sleep on, no blanket was provided

Location was great. We had a small hornet nest on the balcony but crew came over right away to remove it.
We inquired about staying an extra night if there was availability and were told that we couldn’t because there was a three night minimum. We were already staying for four nights and the rest of our family was staying until Saturday but were told that was not a possibility because it would be a separate booking. Didn’t make much sense, but oh well.

Condo 9105 was perfect for us! location, exposure and interior!!
condo 7103 could us a bit of minor repairs and
a few new items (outside mats, dish rack)
but truly, it was extremely efficient and comfortable!!! Beautiful sunrises!! Shady afternoons!!

This is a very quaint, tenured property. The welcome staff (an older gentleman) was so nice and friendly. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for my family of 7 with ample room. We played tennis, enjoyed the pool and relaxed on the beach. The location of our condo was great with a beautiful ocean view. Overall, it was lovely time.

Good location. Two bed room condo was large and well equipped. Amenities like tennis, pool and beach were good. It was also quiet and relaxing. Great BBQ area. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The location was perfect. It was our first visit to HHI and certainly won't be the last! The complex is very large, however you would never know there were so many people there. The unit was very clean and updated, the property is quite organized and well kept.
There were no bathrooms near the beach, (our unit was on the 4th floor), it was quite a trip each time. That is really my only complaint.

Balcony on the beach and great and easy access to beach with beach mat past the ramped boardwalk. Good waves for boogie boarding and wide beach Extra chairs and toys available and a playground and pickle ball courts. . Nice pools and tennis courts. Security gate. Very family friendly with nice and helpful people staying there
