The sandwiches and bakery goods were the same stale food there all week. Never replenished ran out of almost everything .

The housekeeping was the worst: bed never looked like it was made up: never replenished toiletries or toilet paper or tissues. Had to ask for towels every morning. Floors were never cleaned or swept.

Excellent pool!! Family friendly, thoughtfully designed, and effortlessly luxurious.

Front desk staff

The rooms were not clean, valet staff inattentive. Hair & pet fur were in both rooms. (That is a pic of hair hanging from the TV!!) Upon my arrival Valet did not come to my vehicle to assist me with anything. He just watched me from inside the hotel.

Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but seems like a basic eggs, sausage, and bacon buffet should be complimentary with the cost of the room instead of having to pay for it.

We loved the location, it was close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and drinks. The rooftop pool was gorgeous. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The rainfall showers are great after long days!

The hotel's air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and it was very warm inside. Only one elevator was working at it was a very busy weekend, therefore we would be waiting for the elevator for long periods of time. The hotel room phone was not working to call down to the front desk. We also asked for extra towels at the front desk and they forgot to bring them so we had to go back and get them later on. The parking garage could be simplified, you have to get a new ticket and get it verified at the front desk every time you come back, it's just not very convenient for guests.

I like the security with the key cards being keyed only for your floor. I liked the design of the bathroom. Big shower!

Wish I could have a late check out.

The Fontaine was easy to find and the lobby was nicely decorated. It was easy to determine where to go and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was not the easiest to find and there is not much room to pull up to check-in or out. Our room was clean but I would not say “spotless”.
