We enjoyed our time at the pool. Very quiet location. Made for a relaxing weekend

The carpeting in the whole rooms was terribly stained. I had a pet room , but my service animals are potty trained ! When I brought this to their attention , they said , yeah the floors are stained in all the pet rooms. That's terrible. And they put 2 college students right beside us on Friday morning arb3:30 am woke us both up. I finally had to call front desk and tell them they woke us up and were talking very loud , we could hear everything they were saying ! The motel was not sold out , so they could have put them in another room ! I specifically asked NOT to have anyone beside us , if the weren't sold out , which they weren't....

update 7/7/23 we came home one the 27th of june. A short time after we were home we discovered we had LICE! I have treated my home and family. I reached out twice to booking and the hotel to be told no refund will be made to me. originally on the 29th of june my card was charged for a second time and I paid in full at check in on the 22nd of june. Now I have to go to the bank and dispute this and hopefully get my money back. how disgusting and unacceptable that the hotel would be like this and not want to resolve this. I am going to my bank and disputing this stay. My room smelled like beer and pot on day 2 til i left. I didn't want to complain but someone rented a room close to mine (108) that smoked pot ALOT. I aired out the room a few times a day to lesson the smell. There was mold in the bathroom but just in the corner of the ceiling. I did not complain of these issues but at check out i did ask who around me was smoking pot? Hope those people who smoked that much pot are more considerate to the other people at the hotel.

Cheap rates, easy to get to. Friendly staff, free breakfast. Safe environment for family

The ac leaked in my room, black mold in the bathroom, changed bedding cause of ticks in bed and on the floor. We asked to vacuum the room and bedding. Front desk and house keeping slightly accused of missing bedding and towels when we put them in the laundry bin. Front desk did straighten this out.
