The price was great, the staff was nice

The room was a little beat up, there was no breakfast in the breakfast nook, the heater in the room was difficult to use.

The location was the only positive of this stay. All I’m going to say is this hotel made Motel 6 look like the Hilton.

The room was dirty. None of the surfaces had been wiped off. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed in a week. The bed was not even slightly comfortable. The people who stayed in that room before me forgot the insoles from their shoes on the chair. Had the room been thoroughly cleaned, they wouldn’t have been left there for me to find. The walls are paper thin. Nothing like hearing screaming/crying kids at 11:30pm when you’re trying to sleep! For breakfast, the one bag of bagels had 3 bagels left in it and they were hard as a rock. The cream cheese came in a larger tub instead of being individual size, so this meant other guests would have stuck their knife into the cream cheese you were putting on your bagel. I think the guy in the room next to mine actually lived at there. Nothing positive to say about his place. I highly suggest spending the extra $10-20/night to stay somewhere nicer.

great location with plenty of parking. room was nice, everything you’d need for a night or two. can’t beat the price!

Nice place but a bit noisy and the room had some awkward looking repairs that would be found in a backwoods cabin.

Staff was great as always

The breakfast was cold and over cooked eggs, thought there would have been gravy with it also. Coffee tasted old. We were down early also.Our room we had was very noisey, we were above laundry area.

The food could have been a little fresher and little more to choose from. needs more improve for me to come back. Didn't tell me no elevators too many stairs to climb. It would need t improve in allot of areas for me to come back there. You had Christmas wreaths hanging on the walls in lobby in October. The sheets didn't look that good. The noise was very bad. The room was a nice size and it looked like you are trying to make the rooms look better. Need someone to be at desk for questions. i had two rooms rented.

Door was damaged and not repaired, Breakfast was so poor I passed it up totally.

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Gaylord so I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean the room was. It was furnished very nicely.

The cost was decent

Left a day early before check out time and didn't get any kind of reimbursement at all. Let stuff in my room on accident and didn't even receive a three second call or message to let me know so I could go back and pick up my stuff.

Do not stay here it was it was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at maybe I should’ve looked at the reviews before but the pictures are very misleading I just needed a place to stay for the night last minute and I went there there was dust in the bed frame the lampshades were broken No one clearly wash the bedding it smelled the toilet paper roll wasn’t even changed and there was paint peeling off the walls it was horrible I wouldn’t stay here unless you want to get bedbugs I’m only saying this because when I looked at the pictures I thought it would be fine but when you get there it looks horrible.

Clean the place better update it don’t put broken lampshades in the rooms clean the bedding at least change the toilet paper roll and don’t let your staff stay in a room watching TV when he should be at the front desk helping customers I had to wait like five minutes and he came out of a hotel room when I rang the bell
