Beachfront

the apartments are in need of repair for a long time, loud air conditioner, loud refrigerator. old frying pans that are unpleasant to cook in. frontdesk does not help to resolve any issues.

Love the location. Right on the beach with huge balcony with ocean views.

Needs a table on the balcony. It was a huge balcony but only had lounge chairs. I would've liked to eat outside and enjoy the views.

Been here 3 years in a row, ocean is walking distance, everything else is so close. Perfect location

Location in Mid-Beach area. Ocean view.

Wanted room without looking at the A/C units on the roof of the building next door. All photos of rooms of the type rented appeared on the north side and with unobstructed view and with different layout, .Not so with room provided. 1/4 of room provided was a useless long hallway, and there were kids on balcony next door looking into our appartment due to location of room and Churchill Suites was unable to provide desired room. Parking was additional and daily resort fee additional. Churchill Suites is one of several providers offering accomodations at the Monte Carlo Hotel. I would go back to Monte Carlo, but will use another provider who provides more benefits, such as free parking, resort fee waiver, better price on rooms, etc.

The view was amazing.

Cheap appliances that were falling apart. The toilet kept on getting clogged. There was no hook to hang clothes or a towel in the bathroom. The sheet was so worn out, I thought there was sand in the bed before I realized yhat the sheet was just so old, the blanket was clumpy.

It was frustrating trying to communicate with the host to get things needed during our stay. For example we only had 2 washcloths in the place and we booked for 5 days and 4 nights. I requested more washcloths from the front desk and was told we need to call other number. We made several calls for wash clothes and we finally recieved 4 more wash clothes 2 days later. We ended up buying our own to hold us over. Also when I opened the sliding door to go onto the balcony the blinds fell down and hit me in the shoulder. We called a reported this but never heard anything back regarding fixing the blinds in the living area.

EVERYTHING was really clean and nice, loved the balcony and window few of the city and beach...

Room temperature was too cold sometimes, I was unable to adjust it to fit my needs.

The convenience. Everything that was needed was there and in a good location. Felt very private. Didn't feel bothered.

Liked everything. Probably would have preferred an Ocen View better though.
