The morning desk person seemed off. I'm not sure if he was tired or hungover, but it showed really bad. He couldn't keep his eyes open while talking to me during checkout and checking on my BW rewards.

This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable.

We had housekeeping services, and the bed was made up very nice. The bathroom was cleaned, and we got new towels, but they were not hung up and they forgot to remove the dirty and wet towels off the floor. I did report that at checkout, and they said they had a staff shortage, and most are new. The breakfast was just ok; however, the orange juice machine was spitting out moldy slime.

scrambled eggs were good. Fresh fruit (strawberry, blueberry) salad would be nice. The bed was comfortable. The end tables by the bed were adequate.

corner chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Very dim lighting in bathroom and sink area. Would like to have it brighter.

Everything was amazing meet all my expectations I was really amazed at how clean the hotel was. I would recommend an stay here again. Everyone was so so nice an helpful. Breakfast was also great!! Love everything about this place.
