Easy access from the interstate 80. Ample parking. Ample ground floor rooms. Nice overlook from the rear porch. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Reasonably priced. Near the Dutch Pantry.

I was told that I could get phone access to the wi-fi, but not laptop access. I do not recall having a problem at the time of my prior stay before 2022. I pointed out to the staffer that the url link provided appeared to be mis-spelled, which would not help if there was laptop wi-fi access.

This hotel is right off the highway, close to gas stations and restaurants. There's disabled parking by the front door, and the accessible suite was the first down the hall to the left. Good size room, everything set up for easy accessibility (though the clothes hanger set up was a bit awkward to reach in the tight corner between the fridge and window.) Individual climate control and even the thermostat was located for ease of access by a guest using a wheelchair. Wifi worked well, good comfortable bed. Walk in shower with seat. Friendly, helpful staff. ATM in the lobby. Excellent restaurant right across the road.

The TV was a hassle when we checked in. The cable connecting from the box to the TV had the TV crackling when we turned it on. We called the front desk, they send a housekeeper to try to reboot the box or TV. That didn't work so between her and I, we started moving the furniture and trying all the HDMI connections it was a THING!! Ha ha! When I'm supposed to be relaxing before a function. We thought at first we didn't need it but when we got there that night after a function it would have been nice to decompress and watch TV but it was not an option. They did offer to move us, but unfortunately I declined due to already settling us in and our dogs. Also i could not go upstairs, bad knees. It would of been an added discomfort to us after a 5 hr drive up and I just couldn't add that on to my family.

We stayed on the second floor. Believe it or not there is no elevator so carrying luggage up the stairs was not the best. Bathroom was a little different in my opinion so your view while relieving yourself was quite unusual and not especially flattering.

They have done alot of work on the facility. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate...yummy waffles!

It's pretty good for its price range - clean, comfortable and convenient.

The mattress was terrible and didn’t sleep much.

Excellent staff and very understandable, I’m 87 and thought I could get out of the bathtub on my own but got stuck. My daughter had to get a gentleman on staff to help me out. Embarrassing but grateful for his kindness.

I would suggest to angle bars in tub for us old folks. Very grateful for help.
