The downstairs mirror it really kept throwing us off a little.

Location and privacy! The pool is totally private and there were no other guests so it was lovely and quiet. Just a 20 min walk to rodeo drive which was nice too.

Room was a bit small especially to get into bed on the one side.

The location of the property is fantastic, in a very safe residential street in Beverley Hills from which it is easy to access the rest of LA. Laurence’s communication was excellent and there was lots of very helpful detail in the guide book which was left about the property and the area, including recommendations. The studio itself is perfect, very comfortable, the bathroom is particularly nice. The courtyard of the property is beautiful including the pool and it is all lit up and night which is lovely.

Nothing, I would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting LA.

Pool and hot tub not heated in winter months...THATS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE HEATED

The location of this property is excellent, literally at the heart of the beautiful Beverly Hills. If you want to stay local, you may not even need a car because everything is walking distance. The property looks just like its pictures and both hosts are very welcoming and attending to your needs from the very beginning. Free wifi, free street parking permit, fully stacked sleeping and toiletries supplies, and breakfast amenities, such as coffee & coffee machine, fridge, microwave, utensils/plates/glasses/cups and other amenities. The best part is the private access to the pool area and the outside furniture - it makes for the perfect coffee and breakfast time with a beautiful view. It may be too cold in the winter to actually use it, but nonetheless, it makes the whole stay worth staying. I would highly recommend staying here and when I'm back in LA, I hope I can book this property again. Thank you Laurence & Joseph for your hospitality.

location is great, the house is clean.

It is probably great for 2 people, but is way too small for 4, the room with a bunk bed is more like a closet, and having a toilet on a way to a second room is a huge inconvenience.

Meticulously clean, quiet, and perfectly located. We couldn’t believe somewhere so centrally located could be so quiet. Perfect for couples.

Nothing— it felt like our own private hotel. If we weren’t in Covid times, I would have loved to get to speak to the owners in person but we stuck to text

Beautiful property and in a great location. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops in Beverly Hills. The accommodations are comfortable, with nice beds and plenty of bedding and towels. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, and provided timely and easy instruction for accessing the property.

The guesthouse accommodations is more similar to staying in a hotel room. The kitchenette is very minimal and there is only a nespresso machine (not a coffee maker). If you have meals in, be prepared to do dishes in the bathroom sink. The pool and hot tub are lovely though not heated; so were unusable during our stay in December. Being there in the winter, we couldn't really make use of the nice outdoor areas, including a small table and chairs for meals. So would recommend staying in warmer months to maximize use and value of the property.

We loved the pool and the bed was so comfortable. It was also so close to everything in Beverly Hills. If we are ever in LA again, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The only issue that we had was that when we entered the code for the door, we didn't know that we also had to hit the button at the top after entering the code.

This place is a gem. Great location for us, comfortable. A little noise during the day from construction next door (out of the host's control) but not bad. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Free parking. Walking distance to a grocery store and Starbuck's. Host super friendly.

A lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings! Everything worked perfectly well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was very good. We even received some water for our start. Place is very close to Beverly and actually any other atrractions ( we had a car) we did not feel so famous LA traffic jams. Too bad it was no time to enjoy beautiful pool.
