The bugs and smell inside the room and unwanted guest taking over the parking lot

Nice quiet and clean. Staff was very nice. Love that there's a laundry facility on-site. And very reasonable price to do the laundry. Heated pool is always a wonderful plus. They stay on top of there rooms. For example when we first got here our refrigerator was not cooling and within a hour or less we had a new one

Honestly there was nothing that I didn't like. People mind there business.

First I would like to thank Deanna was the night staff at registration window for Fayetteville Super 8 by Wyndham. She was very polite, courteous and mindful that I had issues with walking and assisted my nephew and I with check-in. I know the facility is old, but very clean and neat from linens to furniture. The beds were very Comfort.

I paid in advance because that is what was recommended on you guys so they wanted to be paid first and when I got to the location they asked for a 50.00 deposit I felt that was unprofessional but we gave the deposit because as I said our room was already paid for the day of check out they came and knocked on our room door as e was packing to check out which was at 11:00am they came to our room at 10:47 saying checkout I felt that was very unprofessional but so we proceeded to the front after packing our thinks I’m the truck it was 11:03 when we reached the counter for our deposit back she left the front desk to go check the room (again very unprofessional) it took her like 15 mins to check the room and come back not caring rather we had a time to leave or anything she comes back and says we are keeping $10 because it’s some purple color on the pillow case I figured that’s the chance you take when you renting a motel room it’s wear and tear it’s a pillow case and it came from my hair and sweating in my head in the middle of the night but everything about this location was unprofessional even the staff was unprofessional except the young lady that was servicing the rooms and we was there for the weekend they never came to change our towels our bed sheets we stayed with the same linen on bed and in bathroom I wouldn’t recommended this place to a dog to be honest

Room was clean and bed was good. Thankful for the smoking room as it is rare to find smoking rooms anymore! The location is perfect! There's a Starbucks, Bojangles, Ruby Tuesday, Subway, and several convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel and the speedway is less the 4 miles away! Great value for your money.

Only two things we didn't like: First, the lady at the front desk had the personality of a rock. Did not smile or greet me at all. Acted like it was a bother to her that I walk up to her. Second, I didn't like that you advertise FREE breakfast and there wasn't even coffee must less breakfast of ANY kind. At the very least, a simple coffee area would be nice or simply STOP ADVERTISING FREE BREAKFAST.

Great location, friendly staff, accommodating to pets, bed was comfortable and they provided extra pillows after I asked otherwise you get 2 per bed.

Burn holes on the sheets, remote missing back, broken chair, ceilings look like they have had several leaks, carpeted rooms and very stuffy. oh and the 50$ deposit. Take pictures before!

Close to freeway

Do not stay here if you want a quiet room. Walls are thin and you can here the TV from the other room The room next door had TV on high volume from I arrived and all night long so I could not sleep at all. I told the front desk a few times but nothing happened. I have asked for money back and I hope I will get it. I left 4 am because of this For turist on a road trip. DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we got there, there was a person on the concrete floor near our bedroom sleeping. There should be more or better security.
