The location was walking distance from many attractions.

Size of the room. Service. Location not on Central Park directly. Some rooms have no view whatsoever. A lot of hidden fees!

Location is ok.

It is bad experience to me. When I stay in this hotel, room no 704 from from 8-9 in august. I lost my belongings in the 9th after I leaving my room. I am back hotel at 9pm on 9th and find my coat/iPhone charger/personal medicine are lost. I report this situation to front desk immediately. However, till the morning on 10th, I was told the housekeeper can not be reached. I stay in the lobby waiting for the process results till 11am, I must go to train station. At 5:30pm on 10th August , I was told all my lost items are found and I am asked to fill the shipping form through email. However, after I went through the email content, the shipping cost need to be paid through my credit card. It is not fair to me at all. Because hotel house keeper take my belongings when I am not in room, but finally I need to pay more money to get my lost items again! I call the front desk manager in 11th when I landed in hk. The manager told me I can’t prove if the items is lost or forgotten by me. I am shocked to hear that excuses. Till now, I am still asking they shipping me my items through email and call, but no reply from them .

We loved our weekend stay here. Highlight for us was the room which felt spacious, calming, and had everything we needed. Great location, easy walking to restaurants and attractions.

Only the location is good, but the service is lousy, the rooms are noisy, the bed is not comfortable at all. Definitely not worth the price!

Service, comfort, acoustic and cost benefit

The plants that they use at the corridors stink so much I was holding my breath when passing. upon checkout the receptionist told me that the deposit fund will be retiring to me in 5-10 business days. after a month the deposit had not returned and after several tries to communicate they were telling me that the deposit has left their end and the bank does not give it to me. I checked with my bank and contacted them again after almost two months after check out and their last response was that the deposit was used to cover the taxes of the stay. Meanwhile for over a month they had been saying that I will receive the funds soon. Lastly, they made an unexpected payment of $20 after my stay and when I contacted them they said it’s for the bottle of water I used. worst hotel experience. I will never stay in a hotel of this brand again.
