The bathroom was unbelievably cramped. Very small shower and nowhere to put shampoo, soap etc. in the shower, the sink didn’t have anywhere to leave things and the lighting throughout was poor. The soaps were hard to handle as they were so small.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The cabin was lovely and not to mention huge, we loved every corner of it. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Heating didn’t seem to be working it was snowing and rooms were very cold and on top of everything there were different leaks on ceiling

The location was good, there was some loud pickups that drove through the parking lot but did not stay. The little cabin was amazing and super beautiful. Parking was great!

The office was very strong smelling like smokes, but the staff was super nice and got us checked in quickly. The on the demand water heater was hard to take a shower and keep the temp consistent.

The location was great, right between downtown Ruidoso and minutes from the Upper Canyon. The management was so accommodating and welcoming when we arrived late in a sleet storm with 40mph winds! We had Cabin 2 and it was so cozy and well decorated. The bedding was so soft and comfortable.

A few amenities would have been perfect, like a stirrer for coffee creamer, and a hook or two in the bathroom to allow a place to keep clothes and towels dry. The mattresses are a bit squeaky. However, the management (husband and wife) is new and were more than incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The cabins are just too cute and they will do well. We would stay here again.

The location was spot on walking distance to downtown, very warm and cozy. Helpful staff, our cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved it 😍
