I liked my room on the first floor and accessible to the front porch where there was a table and two chairs just for my room to use. Convenient to Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp where I was visiting and plenty of parking. Room was spartan and clean. Hot water in morning sometimes ran out.

The one thing that I missed could have been due to COVID. The hotel did not have coffee or any type of food/snacks/water available in the hotel in the morning, nor did they provide a small refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. I don't have an issue with that typically but would have liked to have coffee or tea. It's a habit! LOL.

The property has a peaceful energy. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The owner is genuinely kind and everyone friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Would have liked to have food and drink available but went on days where the attached restaurant was closed. The tiny town does not have food stores of any type within walking distance.

Charming and so peaceful. It was exactly as I expected based on description. It was like being at camp as a kid. Small rooms and bathrooms but just enough for your needs. There is no coffee maker in room ( which was stated ) so I came with a cooler and cold coffee drinks. Huge back porch with cats! The energy was soothing and relaxing.

WiFi didn’t work in my room which was only a minor thing for me. Hot water does work you just really have to let it run. (Again, minor).

The history and the location. Nice staff and wonderful spiritual support.

The restaurant and bar were closed and there’s nothing close. Bring a cooler!

No free breakfast. Loved the hotel, as always, but disappointed by the big screen tv’s all set to Fox News. That’s Sinatra’s fault (the restaurant) and not the hotel’s decision. This is a retreat and no place for politics.

Could have done without the Fox News all over the place.

The hotel was quaint and staff was friendly. The medium I chose was good.

Bathroom to small. I am 5'2 and I barely fit in the bathroom. Self standing Air conditioner in room too loud and no in room coffee maker. That was not listed on the website. Kitchen closed 2 hours early because shortage of staff and did not consider the quest that were staying the night. Hotel not opened to leave key to room. Had to leave it in a dish I found in the parlor and put it outside the hotel door.

The location was beautiful and nice in relation to cassadaga.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday night at 4 until Wednesday so we had to drive 15-30 minutes for food while we were there. The hotel does not have WiFi in the rooms which was an issue for my husband who had a school assignment due. We didn’t have hot water and the circuit blew to our air conditioning during the night and it was extremely hot. I thought they might give a discount but they didn’t say anything about it. The WiFi issue I can understand but hot water???

No hot water, seems to be a on going problem. Note saying they were going to fix problems old!
