The location and bed.

The carpet in the hallway was worn.

I liked the location and pricing as I stayed for 1 night, and it was close to the MGM Music Hall. The bathroom was really nice, from the door to the setting of the shower heads and handle control to the drain in the bottom.

There were pieces of hair on certain things like the pillow on the bed I was sleeping on, the bathroom towels had a stain, and the toilet didn’t seem to flush right away.

New, fresh, clean and very friendly and helpful staff! Whole Foods next door was a bonus.

Room was too dark not enough lighting. No restaurant on site. Only for breakfast.

Convenient location for events near the commons and south Boston. Staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful with questions and requests

Located next to the expressway. I used a white noise machine at night to mask traffic so no issue for me but a light sleeper could have trouble.

Quick service

It was too expensive. Did not I clue breakfast, bed was hard, vLet is$60/pee night and no other options for parking g. Room service did not .are beds or clean rooms

Small rooms, removed from anything to do

the public areas are kept very clean.

The decor and that you have the gym, office space/laptops accessible and bar area.

It was basically the same as any other decent hotel in the area.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FOR EXTRA FEES! After we left they decided to add on a "smoke free environment" fee & taxes totaling $280!!! Neither my guest or I smoked in the hotel. In fact, we went outside, passing by reception each time, to smoke outside in the bitter cold. It is absolutely ridiculous & harmful that this is considered acceptable. We went out of our way to be considerate & respectful of their property & the standards set for it. WE DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. At this point, I think they know that & did all along. They saw us smoking outside & decided they could get away with the charge. I can't see any other way this makes sense. At the end of the day, if they're willing to add on hundreds of dollars for this unfounded claim, I wouldn't be surprised if others had similarly baseless fees on their bill. They are not trustworthy. Check your bill for added fees after you leave.

clean modern hotel, modern rooms

horrible noise from the street, impossible to sleep its an horror , they even have white noise generator in the room, for the victims that need to use it, i ran away next day. parking is horribly expensive too

All was good.

Noisy clients co.ong ho.e at 3 in morning.We were in a room near lift.

Location was in a good spot. Right off 93 and not far from the area I wanted to be in.

The noise from 93. Made it hard to sleep.

The shower was wonderful

The Suite did not have a door like all other suites I've stayed at. This made it impossible to have my family together- Two teenage girls and my wife and I. We also did not have a door to the bathroom. We needed to get two other rooms resulting in a much more expensive stay.
